Middle of the funnel (MOFU): This is the middle stage of the funnel. Where people will know your brand but are not confident enough to make a purchase decision. So we show them our clients’ testimonials or case studies. These people are coming from stage 1, so we have to work on building trust here. Once we successfully build trust with our customers then they will move to the next stage.

Bottom of the funnel (BOFU): This is the last stage of a funnel. Where people will come when they are confident about our brand. Before coming to this stage, they had multiple interactions with our brand, so at this stage, people are almost ready to make a buying decision. So, we have to make an irresistible offer for our customers. That they can’t ignore. We have to ensure that our product will help them and they will get a good customer experience though they will refer some other people. Also, we can upsell or cross-sell to our customers.

So content creation is a complete journey of a stranger who becomes a customer later. Mostly, we use blog articles or social media posts to create content. However, the target will be to visit our website or a landing page. That will be the main focus of creating content.
